Exercise: very short walk at lunchtime. Pilates.
Breakfast: porridge with honey.
Lunch: About 5oz of chipolatas.
Fruit: some melon chunks.
Snacks: Some of a lush milky way cake. 1 Jaffa cake. Wasabi peanuts.
Drinks: Latte. Lots of tea.
Analysis: Need to have a NDD (Non-Drinking Day) today. I’ll appreciate my Chablis more tomorrow.
Analysis 2: Need to look up the Zumba class – Trinity somewhere?
Dinner: sausage sandwiches.
Alcohol: Beers (not doing very well with having NDDs).
