Analysis: Told myself last night that I’d wait till 10pm before having some gin. When it came to 10pm, I didn’t want it.
Analysis 2: Need to start getting ready for bed at 10.45pm. Have set alarm for this time tonight.
Breakfast: porridge (all this last week with full milk) + honey.
Lunch: Lovely couscous salad from Sainsburys. About 490 kcal.
Snacks: 1 mini choc brownie.
Fruit: 1 apple.
Drinks: 1 double espresso.
Dinner: Roast chicken, spätzle (pasta), gravy, greens.
Alcohol: Shared a bottle of Aldi champers with B. Sip of whiskey.
