Breakfast: Porridge with salt.
Drinks: 2 cups of coffee (1 instant and 1 from the machine). Tea. Elderflower cordial – need to get moar.
Lunch: Feta salad.
Analysis: Can have 2 decisions at a time. One must be written down. The decision must only refer to the current day.
Analysis 2: One of my two decisions is to not drink tonight.
Fruit: 2 apples.
Exercise: Pilates class (felt so much happier and relaxed afterwards).
Dinner: Approx 12.5 oz feta salad.
Snacks: 2 humbugs. 1 Kirsch chocolate. 2 spoonfuls of Manuka honey.
