10K Gibbet Challenge (Sunday)

Exercise:  Ran just over 10k in 86:49. http://gibbetchallenge.net/wp-content/uploads/Documents/2013-Gibbet-Challenge-Results.pdf  It was very hilly.

Lush chicken mayo sandwich.

Banana.

Some of a disgusting free breakfast bar.

Shared two bottles of Veuve Clicquot with J & B.

Red wine.

Haloumi and aubergine wraps.

Shed loads of berries with mascarpone and cream.

Analysis: Need to sign up for Park Run.
