Exercise: 25 minutes of Mr Motivator + Jillian Michaels. (B did Motivator with me.) Also lots of exercise tidying the house.
Lunch: Prawn in Marie Rose sauce baguette + extra filling.
Dinner: Large pork baguette. Lots of shell-on prawns.
Dessert: Tesco chocolate soufflé.
Sparkling water with Elderflower.
Comment 1: Need to eat my mango BEFORE I eat the second soufflé 🙂
Comment 2: Need to drink more elderflower + sparkling water before I drink a can of ginger beer.
Update: Ate the second soufflé (about 360 kcal), but didn’t eat the mango …
