Need more sleep

Analysis: Again too tired to get up to exercise. I need to read articles on sleep, but not get too obsessed with it.

Analysis 2: Need to use 2Do app to remind me what food I’ve had as my notebook is confusing.

Breakfast: porridge with honey.

Lunch: 3 slices of KFC chicken.

Fruit: Banana.

Drinks: Teas.

Exercise: Level 1 Fat Shredder (after work).
