Lunch: A tinned fish from aldi at my desk. Very smelly.
Snacks: Lots of lush chocolates that someone brought back from Italy. About 5?
Analysis: Before eating anything non-healthy, I need to go to a different room and imagine myself thin.
Analysis 2: Every Sunday I need to boil up a ham or beef joint so I’ve got something healthy and non-smelly to take to work.
