Reorganising everything (Friday)

Had today off to organise the house into a state that’s easy to maintain. Did three tip runs. Have sorted through all papers in the filing cabinet.

FlyLady suggestion: Mop kitchen floor. Not done.

Comment 1: Made the choice between an apple and a Lidl choc bar. Reminded myself that I want to be thin, so had the apple. Enjoyed it – felt full and satisfied afterwards.

Comment 2: Need to go for a bike ride soon. If I go on the common, I don’t need to fret about being knocked down by a car.

Lunch: Zinger burger and a large corn.

Drinks: Coffees.

Fruit: Pink Lady apple. Banana.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 2 slices of buttered toast.

Extra dinner: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Got stressed as got new car insurance but forgot to cancel the old. Managed to cancel it with about 3 hours to spare. Ate Nutella directly from the jar.

Can of ginger beer.
