Drinking (Tuesday)

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Lunch: Chicken with tomatoes and cucumber.

Drinks: Teas and coffees (yesterday too). Latte from Starbucks.

Dinner: Stir fry.

Snacks: White buttons. 2 Tunnocks. Scampi fries.

Alcohol: Shared a bottle of Aldi champers with B. 1 Becks bottle. Small amount of rum.

FlyLady: Declutter for 15 minutes per day. Not done.

Comment 1: Need vegetable snacks handy for drinking days – carrots and brocolli. Maybe with hummus or taramasalata dip.

Comment 2: Need to make my own freshly squeezed orange juice. Juicer?
