Lady who lunches (Monday)

Breakfast: chicken with tiny amount of salad.

Lunch at The Greyhound in Tidmarsh:

Mr Choco Peanut.

2 scampi fries.

FlyLady:  Look at bedspreads online. (Not done this yet).

Exercise: 1km swim.

Comment 1: Should have had an apple instead of the ChocoPeanut bar.

Comment 2: Need to read Nerd Fitness site again and look at other weightloss blogs.
