Breakfast: Chopped sausage with tomato and cucumber.
Lunch: 2 Frankfurters.
Exercise: 1km swim.
Drinks: Teas and coffees. 1 ginger beer.
FlyLady: Sort out a before bed routine. (Not done yet.) Have done 40 minutes tidying (today + yesterday’s).
Comment 1: Need to clean my teeth early evening so not tempted to eat junk. Will do that when I stop blobbing tonight.
Comment 2: I need to prepare some noms for tomorrow!
