Exercise: swam 1km before work.
Breakfast: Porridge with salt.
Snacks: Pistachios. 2 or 3 polos.
Lunch: Stilton and cucumber sandwich.
Drinks: Teas. Latte – more calories than a hot chocolate at Sainsbury’s cafe. 2 pints of lemonade and lime at the pub.
Dinner: Roll mop baguette with tomato and sauerkraut.
Flylady: Listed 5 things I need to do before bed and put the card on the fridge.
Comment 1: I should order sparkling water in pubs as fewer calories (should have at least one before switching to lemonade and lime).
Comment 2: Again craving junk food. Should think of looking slim on holiday.
Had half a choco peanut bar.
