2 coffees – 1 biscuit.

Lunch at The Bristol Trader.


Nibble of Stilton.

50 minutes on the CrossTrainer + 10 lengths of the pool.

Nibbled on stilton, cheddar, flagelot beans and black-eyed beans when preparing lunch for tomorrow.

Egg-mayo baguette (4 medium eggs).

Roll mop.

FlyLady – pick a different room each day. Declutter for 15 minutes or clean it if no clutter.

Comment 2: The swim after the gym bit was lovely. Need to do this more often. Steam room + book very relaxing.
