Lowest weight in ages: 10st 5 3/4 (Wednesday)

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds.

Lunch: About 4oz beef.

Fruit: Banana.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Snack: 2 choc mini rolls.

Dinner: Rice and beef stir fry.

Drinks: Cordial with sparkling water and with tonic water. Ginger beer?

Comment: I don’t think a very small amount of ‘bad’ food is a problem. Really enjoyed the mini rolls and would have felt deprived if I hadn’t had them.

Comment 2: No exercise today. I could have just gone for a very quick (20 length) swim.

FlyLady: Go to bed at the same time every night. Going to bed at 11.15 is proving impossible so I’m going to aim for 11.30 at the very latest. Need to reward myself for this somehow.
