Comment: I’m really worried about drinking more than 2 days per week when on holiday. Not drinking is a muscle I need to work on – it’s definitely getting easier to be around people who are not drinking. I’m going to have lots of massages when on holiday to make up for the lack of booze.

FlyLady: Hit the hot spots. Not done this yet – the one on the TV table is getting excessive.
Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Lunch: About 4oz beef.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Cordial with sparkling water and with gin.
Dinner: Quiche and one mini pork pie.
Fruit: Papaya with lemon juice. Pear.
