Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Drinks: Grande Starbucks Americano with milk. Teas. Coffee. Cordial with sparkling water. Shot of olive oil. M&S sparkling non-alcoholic rosé grape (lush).
Lunch: Goat’s cheese with crackers.
Snack: Pistachios. Coated raisins with cranberries.
Exercise: Walk along the canal at lunchtime.
Studying: Almost 3 hours behind.
Tidying: 15 minutes ahead.
Snacks: Handful of cheddar and onion crisps. Shot of olive oil.
Dinner: Salmon fillets. Ate LOTS while preparing.
