All-in-one roast Thai salmon fillets (Friday)

I made this!

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Drinks: Grande Starbucks Americano with milk. Teas. Coffee. Cordial with sparkling water. Shot of olive oil. M&S sparkling non-alcoholic rosé grape (lush).

Lunch: Goat’s cheese with crackers.

Fruit: Clementines.

Snack: Pistachios. Coated raisins with cranberries.

Exercise: Walk along the canal at lunchtime.

Studying: Almost 3 hours behind.

Tidying: 15 minutes ahead.

Snacks: Handful of cheddar and onion crisps. Shot of olive oil.

Dinner: Salmon fillets. Ate LOTS while preparing.

Comment 1: Need to search the web for weight-maintaining tips as am almost at the holy grail of 10st2.

Comment 2: Need to learn to cook more healthy dishes.
