Comment 1: I love TeaPigs. The new favourite is yerba mate as it’s supposed to give focus and aid weight loss. The everyday brew is fab too.

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and seeds.
Lunch: Dill sauce fish (Lidl).
Fruit: Sharon fruit.
Dinner: Aubergine and haloumi wraps. Lots of tasting and extras.
Drinks: Chill Chai tea with milk. Everyday brew with milk.
Gym: 30 minutes (Crosstrainer and bike).
Snack: Half a boiled egg.
