The Newbury (10st 9 1/4)

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Drinks: Cup of coffee. Hot choc from the machine.

Lunch: About 4oz of Welsh cheese.

Comment 1: Need to avoid the coffee machine this afternoon and just drink herbal teas.

Comment 2: Need to read other people’s slimming blogs. I like Can You Stay For Dinner. I need to listen to her TED talk.

Dinner at the Newbury. Pigeon for starters with some of C’s. Duck for main. 2 pints of Stowford Press.


Exercise: Walked there and back.
Alcohol: Whiskey, horrendous sparkling South African wine. Cider.

Snacks: Pringooals.
