Drinks: Cup of coffee. Hot choc from the machine.
Lunch: About 4oz of Welsh cheese.
Comment 1: Need to avoid the coffee machine this afternoon and just drink herbal teas.

Dinner at the Newbury. Pigeon for starters with some of C’s. Duck for main. 2 pints of Stowford Press.
