Seconds, Thirds, Fourths … 10st 8 3/4

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and seeds.

Lunch: Can of tuna with mayo.

Drinks: Hot choc from werk machine.

Exercise: 30 minutes on CrossTrainer.

Dinner: Pork chop with gallons of couscous salad.

Tidying: Up to date.

Studying: Over 6 hours behind.

Comment: I have an overwhelming need to eat at the moment. Had loads of couscous salad. I suppose it’s not very fattening, but these quantities are ridiculous. If I can stick to just four planned meals over the next two days, I’ll buy myself a new CD on Monday.

Comment 2: I need to put food ready to put away as soon as possible after eating (if not before).
