Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Lunch: About 4oz of chorizo.
Snacks: 3 or 4 polos. 2 sweets. Tiny IAM cup cake. 1 champagne truffle.
Drinks: Instant coffee. Teas. Starbucks latte. Decaf from work machine.
Dinner: 1.5 Costco fish cakes plus half a jacket spud with butter and peas.
Gym: 25 minute swim.
Comment 1: Ate one half of the jacket spud and put the other half in the fridge.
Comment 2: When I’m tempted to stress-eat, I should drink a cup of tea and maybe go outside. I need to deal with the flight tendency without fud.
Studying: Over 3 hours behind.
Tidying: Almost 2 hours behind.
Gym: 5 minutes ahead.
