Remember WHY

Breakfast: Square of chocolate. Porridge with seeds and honey.

Snacks: Pistachios. 1 small chocolate biscuit. Small amount of nut-free cake.

Fruit: Banana. Grapefruit.

Drinks: Tea, coffee and a hot chocolate. Hot choc was probably due to stress (didn’t go to lunch until about 15:30. Late lunch is never good.) Sparkling water with cordial.

Lunch: Ham sandwich with mustard.

Comment 1: Try to avoid the chocolate milk from the canteen. Try to swap it for something else – black coffee or just hot water.

Comment 2: Need to go to Costco soon to get reward champagne for last month.

Comment 3: Need to remember to blog WHY if it wasn’t a food item that I’m entitled to.

Dinner: Chicken, rice, sweetcorn and cherry tomatoes thanks to DM.
