Breakfast: Porridge with seeds, dried fruit and honey.
Lunch: Salad with cashews.
Drinks: Coffees. Sparkling water with cordial. Innocent Defence Super Smoothie: mango, pumpkin & Echinacea (nice, but could only taste the mango).
Dinner: Fried salmon with salad.
Snack: Small amount of chocolate cake microwaved till gooey.
Swim: 600m in 21 minutes.
Comment: Need to ask the gym if I can bring my own instructor in as don’t want to pay £35 for one of the swimming lessons advertised there.
