Breakfast: Porridge with honey and seeds.
Lunch: Slice of salmon plus lots of salad.
Snacks: Tiny amount of BSS’s sweet potato pie with chocolate. A few maltesers. Handful of polos.
Drinks: Teas.Coffees. Cordial.
Dinner: Rio’s 4oz blue cheese burger + mozzarella sticks + a few chips and a small amount of coleslaw.
Fruit: 2 grapefruits.
Comment: Was glad I only had the 4oz burger. Was lush and very satisfying.
Comment 2: I broke the challenge to stick to my decisions. I’ll remove this for the list and replace it with having to make a joint of beef or lamb every Sunday or Monday night to get my haemoglobin up.
