Mmm – Roederer and Pizza (Monday)

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Snacks: 2 Turkish Delights. A few Quality Streets. Some salted almonds.

Lunch: About 4oz lamb.

Fruit: Banana.

Alcohol: More than half a bottle of Louis Roederer (a reward for almost finishing September’s challenges). Some port.

Dinner: Domino’s pizza and garlic bread. Lost track of how much.

Comment 1: Am worried that I might break my 2 day drinking rule when on holiday next week. Need to consider a plan – maybe a bottle of Louis Roederer the Thursday after we get back.

Comment 2: Next month’s challenges should be less time-based. For example, I should set a number of swimming pool lengths rather than time spent in the pool.
