Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Snack: Blue sweet on a stick.
Fruit: Small amount of grapes.
Drinks: Teas & coffees.
Lunch at The Swan in Pangbourne:
Dinner: Chicken Caesar Salad.
Snack: Remains of the brie.
Alcohol: Shared a bottle of champagne with B. Glass of Port.
Comment 1: Don’t listen to Woman’s Hour podcasts when trying to get to sleep. The bloody music in it woke me up. Have downloaded some more stuff from Librivox.
Comment 2: Need to buy some gym clothes as am thinking of going to a class. A bit perturbed by the one called Insanity though.
