Lunch and tea at the Istabraq restaurant at the races.

Alcohol: Two ciders at the races. Whisky back at home. Champagne thanks to DM.

Dinner: Chilli with rice and sour cream.

Comment 1: I should never have more than one pudding per day. I should have said no to the second round of cake.

Comment 2: I should try to eat some fruit every day.
