Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Lunch: Lamb with Cesar sauce and cucumber.
Drinks: Chai latte at Waitrose. Hot chocolate at work. Teas. Coffees.
Dinner: Breaded fish, chips and peas with mayo.
Alcohol: Gin and tonic with elderflower cordial. Port. Tiny amount of Lagavulin.
Comment 1: Buy more frozen fish. It can be really lush and much healthier than emergency pizza.
Comment 2: If I really don’t feel like a swim, I should still pop down the gym for 15 minutes or so and maybe go in the sauna.
