Comment 1: I’m going to count how many lengths I do per 15 minute segment in the pool tonight. This will help me work out how many lengths to set for next month’s challenge.

Comment 2: When giving myself a reward, I should try to avoid food awards.

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and seeds.

Lunch: Pork salad sandwich.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Chocolate Chai latte.

Snack: Salted caramel bar from the Farm Shop as a reward for something. Lot of Greek sweets like Turkish Delight. 2 more heroes.

Fruit: Banana. Grapefruit.

Dinner: Beef salad sandwich.

More snacking: getting sandwich ready for tomorrow.

Swim. First 15 minutes – 24 lengths. Second 15 minutes – 22 lengths. Third 15 minutes – again 22 lengths. 1360 metres.
