Comment 1: I think I’m 10st6 due to B buying me Viktor&Rolf perfume and some lush Clarins products. Feel and smell good => eat less.
Comment 2: I’ve updated my Challenges section. I need to cut the drinking down to 3 days per week again as anymore is not healthy or conducive to a productive life.
Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Lunch: Lovely buffet at werk followed by a mini cinnabon.
Snack: CostCo Aussie Bite (quite nice) + unpleasant maple-flavoured twist.
Alcohol: 3 pints of Stowford Press. Pernod and black. Rum and black. White wine. Small whisky.
Dinner: Something with prawns at Theale tandoori and various other foods. Lots of poppadoms and similar things.
