Breakfast: Porridge with salt.
Lunch: Egg mayo sandwich (heaven).
Drinks: Hot chocolate. Teas. Latte. Cordial.
Snack: Reindeer droppings.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with buttered toast.
Comment 1: Need to not have two meals with eggs in them. Not good for the haemoglobin.
Comment 2: Need to need work at 5.30 and maybe do some chores at lunchtime as had no time to swim.
