Dinner: Several portions of chicken and vegetable soup.
Snacks: Mince pie. Mini cakes.
Fruit: 2 satsumas.
Failed to get any charity points today due to massive over-snacking.
Comment 1: I knew I was going to an IAM meeting Monday evening. I should have prepared some fruit – grapes, sharon fruit – so I could keep going till getting home at 9:45.
Comment 2: Get some sparkling water.
