Scrambled Eggs (Sunday, £3)

Fruit: Banana.

Exercise: 1040 metres swim.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs made by B.

Comment 1: Need to pump up my bike wheels and go out on it soon. Different types of exercise are good.

Comment 2: Need to eat more yoghurt as it’s supposed to be good for the stomach.

Snack: As much of the 500g pot of Tesco’s 0% fat yoghurt as I want. I thought it would be harsh, but it’s quite creamy. Update: ate all 500g.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Ribena.

Lunch and dinner: mackerel, cheese, buttered toast and cucumber.
