Breakfast: Porridge with salt.
Lunch: Chicken mayo sandwich.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Hot chocolate.
Dinner: Stir Fry.
Exercise: About an hour’s walk in total – 7998 steps – 265 kcal. Swam 130 lengths of the pool in 1hour 28 minutes. (Had to walk a few lengths as got cramp.)
Comment 1: Never go down the pool before 8pm. It was bedlam at 7.30pm.
Comment 2: I love porridge with seeds and honey, but could manage it with salt every other day.
