Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Lunch: Ham mayo sandwich.
Dinner: Stir fry.
Snack: Small amount of banana cake.
Extra snack: Houmous and bread.
Another snack: Snickers.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees.
Alcohol: J sent me a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for fixing her computer. (Thanks to SB as without him it would now be a brick.) Drank the entire bottle to myself as B and DM were drinking whisky.
Exercise: Over 30 minutes walking.
I get one point as I don’t think I broke the golden rule (no eating and reading/watching a screen).
Comment 1: Remember to time myself when going out walking and take a note of the pedometer before starting.
Comment 2: Need to get out more as the sitting on the sofa is a recipe for disaster.
