Meal 1: Portuguese cake plus half an almond croissant at Coffee#1.

Drinks: Cappuccino. Coffee. Effervescent vitamin C. Latte. Hot chocolate.

Meal 2: Chicken stir fry with brown rice. (Over 1lb of it.)

Comment 1: Need to read a little of the Greek Doctor book.

Comment 2: Need to watch the swimming instruction videos.

Snack: Snickers.
