Challenges from January are complete. The reward is a trip to London with a show sometime this month.
Charity points came to £23 last month. I’m going to do better this month.
Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.
Snack: Some cashews.
Lunch: Chicken stir fry with brown rice.
Drinks: Coffee. Ribena.
Comment 1: Need to buy some herbal teas from Amazon as this should stop me drinking hot chocolate. Am bored with TeaPigs.
Comment 2: Need to buy fruit other than apples and chop it up ready.
Exercise: About 52 minutes walk, which includes 100kcal on a weird sideways cross trainer at the gym.
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza + 1 slice garlic bread + 2 amazing cookies.
