My Non-Dominant Hand (7 points)

Comment 1: This week as part of a meditation exercise I will be using my non-dominant hand where possible. Need to keep a pen marking on my right hand to remind me not to use it.

Comment 2: Need to find something to do with my hands in the evening. A colleague suggested looming.

Exercise: 30 minutes’ walk.

Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and honey.

Lunch: Pork mayo sandwich.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Effervescent vitamin C. (Had Ribena earlier in the week and forgot to recount it.) Green and Blacks Hot Chocolate.

Dinner: Half a garlic bread and half a Dr Oetker pizza with extra anchovies.

Fruit: Satsuma.
