Breakfast: Porridge with seeds and salt.
Lunch: Tuna mayo sandwich.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees.
Dinner: Pork roast dinner.
Snack: Small amount of pork scratchings.
Alcohol: Very nearly two 500ml bottles of Asahi (5 units).
Exercise: Lots of walking – 11,000 steps.
Comment 1: I broke the Golden Rule to watch The House of Saddam whilst eating dinner. It would have spoilt it to stop halfway through and put the radio on.
Comment 2: Need to weigh out slightly less porridge per day.
