Mmm – got a lush South African white from Sainsbury’s. My favourite whites are Riesling, any South African wine that mentions Stellenbosch and Chablis.
Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.
Lunch: Fish pie.
Alcohol: White wine.
Dinner: Fish pie.
Fruit: Clementine. Dried figs.
Extra snack: More fish pie (shed loads).
Comment 1: Seriously need to think of some better mini rewards to stop myself eating so much when inebriated.
Comment 2: Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! Need to write that on my whiteboard next drinking session.
