Breakfast: Porridge with crushed barley.
Lunch: Paté sandwich.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees.
Dinner: KFC with chips and mayo.
Snacks: Salted liquid caramel. Half a granola.
Alcohol: Small glass of white wine. Two 500ml bottles of Carlsberg. Some of a bottle of black sheep ale.
Comment 1: Was tempted to have whisky from the hip flask on the way there, but am glad I stuck to the no spirits rule to avoid a hangover.
Comment 2: Dylan Moran talked about eating to avoid anxiety. I do this all the time (plus drink hot chocolate and booze). I don’t think anxiety can always be avoided, but I should substitute tea for fattening stuff.
