Breakfast: All Bran.
Lunch: Halloumi burger and lush chips at The Fox and Hounds.
Dinner: Pork chops with buttered jacket.
Snacks: Small amount of chocolate cake. Krispy Kreme Donut. Several chocolates. Another Krispy Kreme Donut. Nutella directly from the pot.
Comment 1: There are some times when I really need to eat, so I need to get easy to eat healthy stuff like grapes in for these occasions.
Comment 2: Luckily didn’t take my purse with us when we went for a short walk otherwise would have detoured by Tesco for a bottle of something strong.
