Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Fruit: Apple. Pear.

Snack: Two biscuits.

Drinks: Tea. Coffee. Ribena.

Comment 1: I’ve added eating an apple per day and a pear each day to my Camel Library Challenge.

Comment 2: I’m going swimming Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Alcohol: Most of a bottle of champagne (B had 1 glass).

Dinner: Domino’s.
