Breakfast: Porridge with salt, seeds and honey.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs on 2 slices of buttered toast.
Drinks: Teas (put honey in one). Instant coffee plus one made from Illy beans. Ribena. Sparkling water and Elderflower.
Fruit: Apple and pear.
Snacks: About 7 chocolates.
Dinner: Kedgeree plus lots of seconds.
Comment 1: Really enjoyed my pear. Need to keep up eating one a day as can feel it doing me good.
Comment 2: Failed to go swimming. Should have gone even if only for a few lengths. As one of the women said yesterday: “It sets you up for the day”.
