Breakfast: All Bran with small amount of muesli.
Lunch: Paté sandwich.
Snack: Chocolate pecan. Peanut brittle.
Fruit: 1 pear. 1 mango.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + 2 slices of buttered toast.
Exercise: Walk at lunchtime. Cycled to my hairdresser and back.
Comment 1: I need to find my bike lights.
Comment 2: Mangos are lush. Am putting more on my shopping list.
