Lunch: Paté sandwich.
Snacks: Pistachios. 1 mint.
Exercise: Walk to the pub (about 4000 steps).
Dinner: Stuffed olives, dover sole and blue cheese and lush Miller’s Harvest three-seed crackers.
Alcohol: Entire bottle of Riesling.
Comment 1: Stop eating and reading! I just don’t enjoy the food as much.
Comment 2: Need to get Oolang tea as it has fat-burning properties.
