Dinner: 2 slices of buttered toast plus 2 boiled eggs.

Sandwich: Pork sandwich.

Mints: 2.

Fruit: Pear.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Dinner at The Plough:

Alcohol: Some red wine. Two pints of Strongbow. Some port.

Wisdom 1: Drink less booze. Will try not to drink till at least Thursday night.

Wisdom 2: Put up pull up bar.

The Play That Goes Wrong

Breakfast: Porridge with salt.

Lunch: High tea at Dinah’s cat café.

Dinner: Pork stir fry.

Snacks: Preparing sandwiches for Monday. Extra bits here and there.

Alcohol: Shared a bottle of red with B. Some white wine. Some port.

Wisdom: Go to more plays and the cinema. Less likely to eat out of the house.

Wisdom 2: Never finish the allocated portion – always leave a little offering to the gods behind.

Bartons Mill

Exercise: About 6.3 miles bike ride.

Breakfast: About 40g All Bran.

Lunch at Bartons Mill: Fried duck egg with ham and chips.

Snack: Some of B’s lunch.

Drinks: Pint of lemonade and lime. Elderflower cordial. Coffees.

Wisdom: Eat pie and drink cider for weight loss. Lost almost 2 lbs yesterday. (It was probably being out of the house that did it – no easy access to snacks).

Wisdom 2: Buy some new clothes. Look good => feel good => eat less cake.

Fruit: 2 kiwis.

Dinner: Pork, salad and new potatoes.

Alcohol: Some white wine.

The Catherine Wheel (Friday)

Breakfast: Porridge with salt.

Lunch: Tuna mayo.

Mints: 2.

Dinner: Pie at The Catherine Wheel.

Snack: Cleaned up other people’s leftovers.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Alcohol: 3 pints of cider including The Philosopher. Sip of white wine.

Wisdom: It was good that I had a drive with TP in the morning as I stopped drinking when I got back from the pub. Book more things for Sat/Sun morning?

Wisdom 2: Eat more fruit! Need to get more fruit variety.

Dinner: Salmon and prawn sandwich plus a few dolmades.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Lemonade and lime.

Alcohol: Glass of red wine.

Wisdom: Don’t have starters in restaurants.

Wisdom 2: Avoid mayo at lunchtime.

Tally Ho (Wednesday)

Breakfast: Porridge with crushed barley.

Lunch: Tongue mayo sandwich.

Fruit: Banana.

Snack: 2 mini cinnabons from Costco.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. 2 pints of lemonade and lime.

Mints: 2.
