Drinks: 2 coffees and a cappuccino.
Dinner: Soup + pie with veg and chips etc + mango fool.
Alcohol: 2 small carafes of wine with lunch. Entire bottle of South African white. Small sample of beer.
Exercise: About 40 minutes walk.
Wisdom: Always take my pedometer and wear boots when walking in the countryside.
