Monday (17.5 tokens)

Breakfast: All Bran + a small amount of Berry Burst All Bran.

Lunch: Mini baguette + tin of chilli smiling fish (mackerel).

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Fruit: Pear.

Mints: 2.

Dinner: Pork baguette with salad.

Snack: Smoothie (frozen raspberries + custard + milk).

Comment 1: Was worried about having to do some gardening so that postman could get to the front door. Thought it would be very arduous, so was about to console myself with KitKat. Pushed past it and was fine.

Comment 2: Need to do some exercise! Planned to go to The Chase tonight but didn’t get round to it.

Weight: 10st11 – not bad after a weekend.
