Breakfast: AllBran and AllBran Berry Burst.
Lunch: Tuna mayo sandwich.
Fruit: Banana. Pear.
Snack: 2 mini chocolate ring donuts.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Elderflower cordial.
Dinner: Jerk chicken leg with sweetcorn and chips.
Weight: 10st 9 1/4.
Wisdom: Ate lunch early and grasped at the donuts as work was working out the way I wanted. Should have waited and/or drank squash. Will take some elderflower cordial into work for similar such emergencies.
Wisdom: Chewed gum whilst putting the chicken away to avoid any of it leaping into my mouth.
