Breakfast: Porridge with salt.

Lunch: Cheese mayo sandwich.

Fruit: Pear.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees.

Snacks: 2 small biscuits.

Dinner: 2 slices of buttered toast plus 2 boiled eggs.

Wisdom: Read Greek doctor book.

Wisdom 2: Do some of the exercises from the Instagram feed that C recommended.
